Gerald P. Goulder Attorney & Counsellor at Law has over
25 years experience in business and commercial law including
13 years experience as CEO of a $21 million, 180 employee
closely held corporation.

Mr. Goulder now focuses his legal practice exclusively on immigration
and naturalization law.
Gerald P. Goulder has practiced law for 25 years. He has
served as an Assistant Attorney General of the State of Ohio,
a Special Prosecutor of the Ohio Attorney General and Special
Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General. He was in private law
practice in Columbus, Ohio for 3 years before moving to Greensboro,
North Carolina in 1983 to open a retail business. He owned
and operated the business for 13 years until it was sold in
1996.
Gerald P. Goulder graduated "With Honors" from
The Ohio State University with a B. A. in economics and history.
He attended Washington University School of Law, where he
was an Associate Editor of the Urban Law Review, and graduated
with a Juris Doctor degree. He has been a licensed attorney
for over 25 years. He has served as a Special Counsel, Special
Prosecutor and Assistant Attorney General of Ohio for several
years. He is a certified District Court Arbitrator in N. C.
and a Superior Court Certified Mediator. He was an organizer
of the Equine Dispute Resolution Service that taught a mediation
course for the horse industry sponsored by The University
of North Carolina at Greensboro Bryan Business School and
The North Carolina Business Court.

Mr. Goulder has a varied background in business and law enabling
him to bring keen insight to immigration matters. In 1983
he founded a start up retail business in Greensboro that grew
to 180 employees and over $21 million in sales. The business
was sold in 1996. Mr. Goulder has extensive business and corporate
management experience, including retail management, advertising
marketing, inventory management, purchasing, import-export
and foreign sourcing. He also has extensive legal experience
with advertising, antitrust and trade regulation, close corporation
law, corporate governance, boards of directors, election law,
constitutional law and voting rights, workmans compensation,
employment law, commercial leases, family business law, franchise
matters, litigation, and mediation.
Currently, he is editor and CEO of YouthLacrosseUSA.com,
and LacrosseNews.cc on-line lacrosse news and content web
sits with annual traffic in excess of 5 million hits.
Mr. Goulder is a member of the US Lacrosse, Lacrosse Industry
Council, is an active lacrosse official and a member of the
North Carolina Lacrosse Officials Association. He served as
a Vice-President and Board member of the North Carolina Chapter
of US Lacrosse (2002-2006) and President of the North Carolina
Youth Lacrosse Association (2005-2006), and a director of
ClubTriad (a Greensboro-based non-profit firm which is a developmental
lacrosse team and program for select high school lacrosse
players).
Mr. Goulder has served on the Board of Trustees and President
of his synagogue in Greensboro, NC. He has also served on
the Boards of public not-for-profit and private corporations,
including The Eastern Music Festival, The UNCG Spartan Excellence
Fund and The Wexner Heritage Village. A listing of his private

He has been elected to the North Carolina Republican Party
State Executive Committee, the North Carolina 6th Congressional
District Organization Executive Committee, served two years
as Executive Director of the Republican Party of Guilford
County, provides some legal services to the local party. He
has extensive political campaign experience.He serves on the
Patrick Ballantine for Governor Statewide and Guilford County
Steering Committees and served on the Elizabeth Dole for US
Senate Guilford County Steering Committee. Mr. Goulder is
a Fellow of the North Carolina Institute of Political Leadership.
